Najib visit to Semenyih made him lose followers in Twitter?

Making headlines with his ‘Bossku’ image, former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak is showing no signs of slowing down.

The former premier apparently took Minister of Economic Affairs Azmin Ali’s challenge to campaign in Semenyih when he uploaded 4 photos of him shopping in Tesco Semenyih yesterday, which swarmed by dozens of Malay supporters.

From Najib’s activity in Twitter for the month of February, he is least active on Mondays. Despite that, he still received high number of retweets and mentions. Is it because of his “Malu Apa Bossku” antics that made him to received high amount of feedback?

Taking a look into Najib’s Twitter follower’s growth, he actually lost almost 2000 Twitter followers on February 13. Coincidentally, it was the day he visited Semenyih.

Could the decrease in followers attributed to Najib’s pending trial that was supposed to take place on February 12? Or could it be that his bot followers were killed due to the high amount of generic bot respond on his Semenyih visit photos?
