Among the many people who have been outspoken on the Cabinet’s decision on Rome Statute of International Criminal Court (ICC) is Johor Crown Prince Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim.
Tunku Ismail has been vocal against the Rome Statute ratification through his official Twitter page. Following which, he received numerous positive feedbacks.
There are Twitter users who thanked him for taking the people’s side on the matter and making their silent voices heard.

Once the Cabinet decided to withdraw Malaysia’s ratification for Rome Statute, Tunku Ismail took it to his Twitter to declare “Daulat Tuanku” or “Long Live the King”.
The tweet since then has gained appreciation from his followers, who thanked him for his role in fighting against the ratification on Rome Statute.
The government led by Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad announced the Cabinet’s decision to accede Rome Statute and became the 123rd member of ICC on March 4, before it was retracted on April 5.
